Open Enrollment for Telecounseling Program

CETPA is once again enrolling new clients for our Telecounseling program. Participants of this program will receive 6 months of free counseling via video conference, resources and clinical support from our Recovery Support Specialist, as long as they can comply with attending one session per week. This program is funded by a SAMHSA grant encouraging the development of Technology Assisted Care for people with barriers accessing mental health resources during normal business hours, live far from a provider or have transportation issues.

To qualify for the Tele-Counseling program clients must:

  • live far from CETPA (25 miles or more),
  • Be unable to drive, or depend on taxi cabs or someone with limited time to drive them,
  • Be comfortable with technology and with speaking to a counselor via their computer or mobile device,
  • Be able to use a client’s portal and exchange email with counselor,
  • Have completed an evaluation at CETPA to qualify for this program.
  • There are only 25 spaces for the next year and would like to prioritize clients with the greatest needs.
