CETPA is a private nonprofit, tax-exempt, 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to providing substance abuse services to the Latino community. Our acronym stands for Clinic for Education, Treatment and Prevention of Addiction. CETPA is the first Latino clinic to earn a license by the Georgia Department of Human Resources as an outpatient substance abuse treatment and education program.

Our vision is to make substance abuse services available to clients in a language they can understand. When addressing the issues surrounding substance abuse and addiction in cases involving limited English proficiency, we believe that cognitive learning is best done in the client’s native language.

CETPA provides services in Spanish for Spanish speaking consumers; some services are also available in English.
