| The Clubhouse Mural: Dream'rs: A Youth Clubhouse for Dreamers With the intention of looking for a name that they could identify with, the kids and adolescents of the CETPA's Clubhouse elected the word After this phase was completed, they started to draw images in the mural of what the word "Dream'rs" meant to them. The Clubhouse kids and adolescents, with the intention to promote music, liberty, success with their studies, nature and the world around them, worked very hard for six weeks until they finished the mural that is now displayed in the exercise zone. To them the mural gave life to a wall in the Clubhouse while honoring what Dream'rs meant to them individually. The mural then becomes a "silent scream" in which the kids and adolescents express their ideas and share their dreams of liberty and success with any obstacle they may face in their lives. |
